Nancy Toruno, Assistant Director of USF Health Office of Interprofessional Education and Practice, brings over 8 years of experience in medical education program management. She uses her robust marketing background, program development, and project management skills to develop, promote and implement interprofessional education and practice initiatives across the health professions' spectrum. Nancy completed her graduate work with an MBA in Marketing from Keller Business School of Management and a B.A. in Business Administration from Florida International University.

USF Health Interprofessional Education Day 2021 (IPE Day) included professionals from eight different programs (athletic training, nursing, medicine, public health, pharmacy, physician assistant, physical therapy, and social work). By including such a diversity of health professions, IPE Day maximizes the potential to learn from other professions with other professions.
