Dr. Craig is a Professor and Assistant Dean of Clinical Curriculum for the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine She served on the Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics (APGO) Undergraduate Medical Education Committee for 6 years and is currently on the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. She has given over 30 educational workshops nationally.

To address gaps in clinical education between the University of Oklahoma Colleges of Medicine and Pharmacy, a novel curriculum was initiated with focus on the exploration of health inequity, community health, health literacy, and social determinants of health (SDoH).
