Todd Staub is the Senior Vice President for Physician Relations at Optum Care - a division of Optum. In this role, Todd is helping to bring new medical groups into the national Optum delivery network, to establish and strengthen relationships with external medical organizations, and to develop a research capability in Optum Care – the Optum Center for Research and Innovation.

Optum Care is an evolving ambulatory, community-based delivery network that is built on a foundation of advanced primary care. In Optum Care, we adapt our model to local markets, while also building a national platform for care delivery. Physician leadership is a core tenet of our governance and management.

Todd is one of the founders and past Chairman of ProHealth Physicians, an integrated primary care group practice in Connecticut. ProHealth Physicians serves over 400,000 patients in 90 locations throughout the state. In December 2015, ProHealth Physicians joined Optum.

Todd is an active member of the American Medical Group Association and has served as the Chair of the CEO Leadership Council and on the AMGA Board of Directors.
