Umeka Ganjoo is a program manager of operations at Agilon Health. Ganjoo acts as a liaison between primary care and multi-specialty physician offices and contracted health plans, assisting primary care groups transition to value based care focused on the total patient. Previous to this role, Ganjoo was the program coordinator for the University of Pittsburgh School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences (SHRS) Office of Equity, Inclusion, and Community Engagement. In that role, she oversaw and coordinated health and wellness programming activities at the SHRS Wellness Pavilion. Ganjoo has received her MHA from the University of Pittsburgh School of Public Health.

Through establishing the Wellness Pavilion (WP), the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences (SHRS) has made a long-term commitment to partner with two historically underserved communities at Community Engagement Centers. The WP aims to make health and wellness services more accessible in Homewood and the surrounding communities through providing interactive educational sessions, services and special events and programming.
