Tina Brock [she/her] is a Pharmacist and Associate Dean for Education in the Colorado University Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. There she leads the team trying hard to implement innovative, inclusive, accountable, collaborative and sustainable learning initiatives. Tina identifies as an educational activist, trying to amplify the transformative power of education to improve health for all. She is a global honeybee who buzzes around, picks up ideas, and pollinates projects worldwide. Her network of innovators is her greatest treasure. Tina is also a founding member of RxforClimate.org - a global alliance for climate smart pharmacy practice.

The pandemic has required educators to adapt their pedagogies, methodologies, and learning environments suddenly and gradually. We have learned that a ‘One Size Fits All’ approach often yields ‘One Size Fits None’ realities.
