Since 1997, Suzanne Kennedy Leahy, PhD, has served the public and nonprofit sectors in an evaluation research capacity. Currently, Dr Kennedy Leahy is the GWEP Data and Evaluation Manager for the Center of Healthy Aging and Wellness at the University of Southern Indiana’s College of Nursing and Health Professions. Previously, she served as the Evaluation Director at a regional health foundation in Houston, Texas, and worked for a nonprofit social science-based consulting firm. She is a member of the American Evaluation Association and the Indiana Evaluation Association.

Description: This panel, including a student learner from a Midwestern university, will focus on the implementation of an Interprofessional Geriatric Assessment Clinic (IGAC) and its effects on the interprofessional care team. The IGAC brings together students from a variety of professions, including nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and medical residents, to learn from each other and deliver quality patient care.
