Sarah H. Ailey PhD RN FAAN is a Professor of Nursing at Rush University in Chicago, IL. She is the Principal Investigator for the PATH-PWIDD (Partnering to Transform Health Outcomes with Persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) Program (path-pwidd.org), funded through a 5-year grant from the Administration for Community Living and of the NIH-funded Steps to Effective Problem-solving program. She is the immediate past President of the Alliance for Disability in Health Care Education (ADHCE.org). Dr. Ailey is a member of the ADA Task Force and co-chairs the Adults with Intellectuals and Developmental Disabilities Committee at Rush University Medical Center.
