Dr. Ray Espinosa is currently an intern in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. He completed his medical education at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School where he was inducted into the AOA national honor society. Dr. Espinosa was part of the team that co-founded the Interprofessional Education Non-credit Elective at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.

Interprofessional education (IPE) is an important component of healthcare education preparing students to provide well-rounded patient care as part of a collaborative team.
