Rachel Klosko, PharmD, BCCP is a clinical assistant professor at the Binghamton School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences in the Department of Pharmacy Practice. She also serves as an inpatient cardiology pharmacy specialist at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pa.
Klosko’s research interests include providing and optimizing cardiology pharmacy services to patients in rural communities. Klosko is a Board-Certified Cardiology Pharmacy Specialist.

The Rural and Underserved Services Track (TRUST) is a two year student-engaged program and curriculum, composed of pharmacy, social work, medical, and nursing students from Binghamton University and SUNY Upstate Medical University. Students participate in ten service learning activities, alongside eight learning retreats where students, healthcare professionals, patients, and faculty collaborate to address the needs of marginalized patient populations.
