Dr. Phung On is an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice at MCPHS University, School of Pharmacy-Boston. She is a co-coordinator of the Pharmacotherapeutics Seminar Course for student pharmacists in their third professional year. Dr. On also maintains a clinical practice as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Codman Square Health Center in Boston, MA.

Background:Interprofessional Education (IPE) is a required component for the accreditation of many healthcare schools. As such, IPE is significantly embedded in curriculums including pharmacy and medical programs. In order to determine the effectiveness of IPE programs, it is essential to assess the individual learners and evaluate the program impact.
