Nethra S. Ankam, MD is an Associate Professor of Rehabilitation Medicine at the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. Interprofessional education (IPE) purports to level hierarchy and create a collaboration between IPE program stakeholders, patients, and communities.
