Michael Geelhoed, D.P.T., OCS, MTC, serves as Associate Professor and Director of Clinical Education at UT Health San Antonio Department of Physical Therapy. He co-directs the IPE Ethics class in the School of Health Professions and leads the co-curricular IPE student-run free clinics and global health initiatives for Physical Therapy. He is the President of the Texas Physical Therapy Association, and has published, presented, and been recognized with awards for teaching excellence and community and professional service at the local, state, and national levels.

Organized by faculty and staff members of Linking Interprofessional Networks for Collaboration (LINC), UT Health San Antonio’s Quality Enhancement Plan to advance interprofessional education, interprofessional teams of first- and second-year professional and graduate students were invited to participate in the second annual LINC Interprofessional Case Competition during the spring 2022 semester.
