Marina Galvez-Peralta PharmD, PhD, FCP is the Director of the Division of Education for the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, West Virginia University (WVU) School of Pharmacy and is a Teaching Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences. She also serves as advisor for the Medical Spanish Club in the Health Sciences Center. Dr. Galvez’s areas of interest in teaching and research include interdisciplinary education, integration of learning, JEDI and empathy, critical thinking, pharmacogenomics and pharmacology education.
