Logan Johnson is a third-year dental student at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center School of Dentistry in New Orleans, Louisiana. While holding the role of husband and soon-to-be father, he has earned degrees in biological sciences and chemistry from Southeastern Louisiana University. He actively serves as the Pre-Dental Committee Chair for both LSU’s American Student Dental Association (ASDA) Chapter and ASDA District 5, which represents 7 dental schools across the southeastern United States, along with Puerto Rico. His research interests include implantology, cosmetic and reconstructive dental surgery, and orthodontics.

Background:Women living with Spinal Cord Injuries (SCI) represent the minority (22%) of the population specific to the injury (National Spinal Cord Injury Statistical Center, 2013).
