Lesley Smith, PT, DPT, MS, GCS, is Instructor for the Department of Physical Therapy in the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at MGH Institute of Health Professionals. Dr. Smith’s clinical experience covers work in acute care and outpatient settings with the neurological, geriatric, and complex medical patient population. Dr. Smith has a special interest in locomotor training. She regularly presents to clinicians around the country on the use of Body Weight Support applications and fall prevention. Dr. Smith is a Board Certified Specialist in Geriatrics and holds a clinical appointment at Spaulding Cape Cod in the Inpatient Unit.

The Dr. Charles A. and Ann Sanders Impact Practice Center (IPC) at MGH Institute of Health Professions (IHP) brings together students from across health professions to learn and practice in teams and to deliver essential free care to the community.
