Laura Daniel, PhD is the Director of Research for The Simulation, Teaching, and Academic Research (STAR) Center at Allegheny Health Network. She is responsible for the oversight of research projects, conducting psychometric/statistical analyses, and fulfilling high-level administrative duties. Dr. Daniel has authored or coauthored over ten publications in peer reviewed journals and over 35 poster or podium presentations at regional, national, and international conferences. Dr. Daniel is respected by her colleagues for her expertise in the design and development of reliable and valid tools to measure outcomes and her application of data driven results to answer questions and make decisions.
