Kathy joined Saint Louis University as the Program Director in Radiation Therapy in 2007. She is active in professional organizations and an appointed reviewer for four different professional journals. She has also served on admissions, facutly governance, and College evaluation commitees. Kathy has engaged as faculty in the IPE programs since 2007 and is one of the key team leaders in the Applied Ethical Decision Making in IP Practice course. Kathy is also a member of the SLU Core Curriculum Sub-Committee on Dignty, Ethics, and a Just Society.

Sustainability and integration into the wider institution are common concerns for IPE programs.
