Dr. Jack Ledford received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Eshelman School of Pharmacy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2018. Dr. Ledford then completed a post-graduate year one (PGY-1) training program at the Ralph H. Johnson Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Charleston, South Carolina, followed by a PGY-2 program in Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Practice at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Health. Dr. Ledford currently serves as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Ambulatory Care at VCU Health, and works to optimize pharmacotherapy and provide a high-level of care to a largely complex and indigent population.
