Hanah L. Williams is a fourth-year student at Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific (WesternU/COMP). She has a unique perspective on the importance of patient-centered medicine, demonstrated by her passion for mentorship and working in underserved communities locally and around the world. Using her background in high school education, she taught English to over 100 Laotian children and spearheaded new healthcare initiatives while working with local government officials to provide free resources to students seeking higher education. She demonstrates her diverse involvement and commitment to mentorship through her various leadership roles. She served as Lead TA for her medical school's Clinical Medical and Reasoning course, President of a student association, and Lead Project Manager for a mentorship organization serving over 3,000 pre-medical students.

Goals of the Study/Hypothesis: The Covid-19 pandemic negatively impacted education at all grade levels. Specifically, we highlight two health sciences graduate programs and aimed to deduce if coping mechanisms varied based on if their curriculum was taught primarily in-person or via a virtual platform. We hypothesize that the program that spent more time in a virtual learning environment will have maladaptive coping mechanisms compared to the other program.
