Eshan Kaul is a current Combined Internal Medicine & Pediatrics resident at Albany Medical Center. He graduated from Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in 2022 where he was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. In medical school, Dr. Kaul co-founded an interprofessional education elective which he helped design and run alongside a large team of interdisciplinary peers. He graduated with a Distinction in Leadership in Academic Healthcare to highlight his work in interprofessional education and leadership.

Interprofessional education (IPE) is an important component of healthcare education preparing students to provide well-rounded patient care as part of a collaborative team.
