Dr. Erin Leiman is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at Duke University Hospital in Durham, North Carolina. She graduated from Vanderbilt University Medical School and completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. In the Emergency Departmant, she is the Director of Undergraduation Medical Education and is the Medical Director for the physician assistants' advanced training program. For the School of Medicine, Dr. Leiman is an Assistant Director for the Duke Interprofessional Education and Care Center and serves as the co-medical director of the Interprofessional Education Clinic that brings together pre-licensure students to care for patients in the urgent care setting.
