Clarissa Lacson is a PhD Candidate at Drexel University. She has 8 years of clinical experience as a board-certified music therapist, mostly in pediatrics and inpatient psychiatry. She is currently a study coordinator with the Mind-Body Movement Research Lab and is also involved in projects with the Music, Creativity and Wellness Lab, both at Drexel University.

This was the second phase of an explanatory sequential mixed methods study. The study aim was to increase understanding of how to enact and sustain interprofessional collaborative practice between pediatric music therapists and their multidisciplinary co-workers. This study is the cross-case analysis of four case studies of music therapy programs in pediatric hospital settings. The four cases will be described to provide context for the cross-case analysis.
