Catherine Rebitch, PharmD, BCACP is a pharmacist and faculty member (Associate Professor of Pharmacy and Therapeutics) at the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy. She teaches first and second-year pharmacy students within the curriculum at Pitt, and precepts students and residents at her clinical practice site, UPMC Matilda Theiss (family medicine.) She coordinates health and wellness programming delivered by Pitt Pharmacy for the Community Engagement Centers in the Homewood and Hill District neighborhoods of Pittsburgh.

Presenting at the Nexus Summit:

Through establishing the Wellness Pavilion (WP), the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences (SHRS) has made a long-term commitment to partner with two historically underserved communities at Community Engagement Centers. The WP aims to make health and wellness services more accessible in Homewood and the surrounding communities through providing interactive educational sessions, services and special events and programming.
