Brigette Serfaty, MS, PharmD, Dip-ACLM, NBC-HWC is an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice for the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and Director of Nuclear Education Online. She currently teaches pharmacy courses & electives in nuclear pharmacy and lifestyle medicine, as well as leads a number of mindfulness and stress resilience focused programs for groups and individuals. Her research interests are centered around lifestyle medicine and well-being coaching, as well as nuclear pharmacy education.

Lifestyle Medicine (LM) infuses interventions within six pillars (whole-food/plant-predominant diet, physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, avoidance of risky substances, positive social connection) to prevent, treat and reverse chronic disease. LM recognizes influence of social determinants of health and other socioecological factors on patient habits and health.
