Belinda leads daily operations and business development, strategic and operational planning, program/conference event planning, partner/client communications and liaises with education and practice centres across the globe. Belinda is also Co-Director of the ehpic™ program, faculty for the Collaborative Change Leadership™ program, CACHE Professional Development (PD) Lead and Program Manager for several PD programs offered by the Centre. Belinda's prior experience includes over eighteen years working in healthcare in the community and at the University Health Network, in the Emergency Department and in Patient Relations mediating patient and family concerns.

Description of Session:The evolution of virtual teaching during the pandemic has revolutionized health professional education, creating a decade of change within the span of a week. (Langlois, 2020, Lackie et al., 2020).
