Becky Kendrick, MEd, has led NWMO AHEC since October 2020. She is a member of NAO and serves on the North Kansas City Schools Pathway Advisory Council. Under her leadership, NWMO AHEC sustains strong youth pipeline and clinical training programs, and supported the creation of a UMKC School of Medicine campus at Mosaic Life Care.

o Background: Interprofessional education (IPE) is critical to preparing health professions (IP) students to be effective members of the healthcare workforce. Missouri AHEC (MAHEC) offers AHEC-affiliated HP students several interprofessional (IP) programs, utilizing a combination of didactics, experiential training and clinical exposure in rural and underserved settings.
