Anne Mitchell teaches at Jefferson University College of Nursing. The favorite part of her job is being a part of the Jefferson Center for Interprofessional Education (JCIPE), where she is the co-faculty leader of the Jefferson Health Mentors Program.

Interprofessional education (IPE) purports to level hierarchy and create a collaboration between IPE program stakeholders, patients, and communities. Design sprints do level the hierarchy and should be used to design IPE.
