Andrea Berndt, PhD, is a tenured associate professor and faculty member at the SON, with almost 30 years of experience teaching research and statistics courses in undergraduate, master’s, D.N.P., and Ph.D. programs. Dr. Berndt earned her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a minor in Psychometrics in 1998 from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Va. Her statistical expertise includes univariate and multivariate statistical analysis, with extensive training in structural equation modeling and hierarchical linear modeling. Dr. Berndt’s research expertise is in quantitative methodology, measurement theory, instrument development, test validation, and institutional research.
