Allison Nerbas is a recent Fall 2021 graduate of the Queen's University Bachelor of Health Science (BHSc) program and is currently pursuing her Masters of Health Administration at Dalhousie University. With a strong drive to improve patient care and experiences when navigating the healthcare field, Allison fell in love with the concepts and impact interprofessional collaboration can have on healthcare functionality and efficiency; and thus working under Dr. Rosemary Brander, she completed this research project centred around early exposure to online-based IPE in her final year of the BHSc program at Queen's University.
