Alankrita Pandey is an Associate Professor of Management at Eastern Michigan University, Ypsilanti. Her research is in Strategic Human Resources specifically in the area of human capital. She is interested in examining the impact of organizational human resource policies and practices on individual and organizational outcomes - like task performance, extra-role performance and counterproductive work behavior and affects.
